Shipping Policy:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames, we ask that you please make sure that your PHYSICAL & EMAIL ADDRESS are input correctly at time of check out and includes all relevant and/or required information. 

 

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

 

Please be aware that during summer months, butters are susceptible to slight melting but will regain composure once cooled at room temperature. 

Returns & Replacements:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons due to Covid-19.

Replacements/Claims: In the event that your order arrives damaged or not at all, please file a claim with your carrier. 

 

Processing Time:

Please allow 3-7 Business Days for your order to process plus additional time for shipping.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided upon ordering. Unfortunately we are not responsible for incorrect contact/address information. Please be mindful of inputting correct information.
